Baltimore and Cuba Smelting and Mining Co (MD), $100 shs, 1867, #1640, City of Baltimore arms upper left, Cuba arms upper right, Justice and ship below, black, capitalization raised from $400,000 to $1,600,000 along left edge by pasting strip with new amount over original text, five revenue stamps in top margin, toning, light paste stains, fold wear, but sharp and VF.
