We can help you with that Our friendly Customer Connect team is here to help you with any question or concern, no matter how big or small.

With more than 50 years’ combined experience working for people with a spinal cord injury and similar disabilities, the team has the knowledge, expertise and passion to answer your questions, resolve your concerns and help you achieve your goals.

• I f you want to travel overseas or get your driver’s licence back, we can help you with that • I f you want to connect with other services, events or people, we can help you with that • If improving your health and fitness is a goal for you, we can help you with that Whatever it is, the Customer Connect team can help with a friendly ear and relevant information, advice and referrals.

The SCIA Customer Connect team helped Michaela find local services and support. They continue to check in and make sure she is doing well and to link her up with suitable services when needed.
