Weekly Bulletin Issue 81. December 5th 2013

We’ve given our Dinner Dance the X Factor! Only 9 days to go until our spectacular party. We have now added X Factors' Relley Clarke to the entertainment line up. After Relley there’s live music from brilliant dance band Club Classics. To keep you on the dance floor all night, we also have a great DJ team. For last places click HERE

Spice wedding makes the headlines Many of you were lucky enough to attend the wedding of our Rose Rogers Cook to Andy Monk. Not only was it notable as it was a totally 1940’s theme, but because Rose and Andy work as lookalikes, many of the guests were lookalikes too. See just 2 of the articles HERE or HERE

GMFR – what a result! Maggie and I had the huge privilege of presenting a cheque for £2500 to the Young People’s Unit, Queen Elizabeth Hospital last week. This was as a result of sponsorship received by our team in the Great Midlands Fun Run plus a donation given in recognition of our marshal’s work on the day and collections at The Summer Ball and at each of our “Run in the Park” evenings this year. It is a monumental achievement and will make a real difference to the environment offered at the QE to young people with cancer and their families. Thanks so much to all of you who made that possible. To see a pictures of Maggie and I presenting the cheque to the lovely Dr David Spooner click HERE To see a video of the presentation evening (featuring us at around 1min 50) click HERE Spice are also Sponsors of GMFR and are delighted that this year it raised over £302,000 for charities. As ever, this Bulletin is designed to give you a quick overview of what is happening this week in Spice. “Anything in blue - should click through”.

It’s a Windy Christmas! With the high winds today, we thought it would be fun to send you a link to a silly video of your Spice team “doing the Buttcracker”. Enjoy HERE
