Weekly Bulletin Issue 69. September 12th 2013

Learn to Fly by Silk! Every so often we find you the opportunity to try something truly amazing! If you’ve ever been mesmerised by the grace and beauty of performers gracefully descending on aerial silks at opening ceremonies or Cirque du Soleil shows perhaps, then this is for you! We have teamed up with a circus theatre group to show us how – and anyone can do it, even if you hate heights, as many of the most spectacular moves can be practiced near the ground! Click HERE

Remember August? We had so much fun that Sue decided to put some highlights as a video slideshow .. then I forgot to include it last week! Better late than never: HERE

Be a TV extra next Thursday! Due of the reputation of our members being lovely people who are “up for anything”, opportunities come into the Spice office all the time - particularly from TV companies. I have just had a call from The Gadget Show who are filming next week at The Ackers in Birmingham and need a small group of ramblers in their rambling kit for an item they are doing about outdoor living. You will get to work (albeit in the background!) with presenters Jason Bradbury and Rachel Riley. If you’re fancy being on TV, have ramble kit and can commit to next Thursday 19th between 2 & 4pm, please email me urgently: richard@spicebham.com If we get too many offers, we will have to look at sex/ age mix and draw from a hat. As ever, this Bulletin is designed to give you a quick overview of what is happening this week in Spice. “Anything in blue - should click through”.
