Breakdance – Yes, You! Isn’t it time you let your “inner child” have some fun? Mark tells me that this Breakdancing taster is for everyone – and is lots of fun! Mark will be there himself and assures me that no one will be expected to spin on their head (unless they want to!) but that there are lots of moves that we can all have fun with. What a bunch of losers! October 1st saw the launch of the “Spice Biggest Loser” – 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge”. Mark Phillips is running this and the rivalry between the two teams is hotting up. If you’re a member of Mark’s “Spice Fun & Fitness Group” on Facebook you will know what I mean! On Tuesday they met after their first week and between 21 people an amazing 94 pounds had been shed (just imagine that as 94 packs of lard!). The biggest single weight loss was over 1 stone and most importantly, everyone had lost some weight. They all know that it gets more difficult as the weeks go by, but congratulations to everyone for a spectacular start! We will shortly be announcing the 2014 “Biggest Loser” challenge starting in January. As ever, this Bulletin is designed to give you a quick overview of what is happening this week in Spice. “Anything in blue - should click through”.
