GARDEN CEREMONY
An intimate gathering of your closest friends and family, your ceremony should be elegant and personal. With the soothing sounds of Gardners Falls in the background, we offer you a choice of garden locations for your ideal ceremony. Includes up to 30 chairs, as well as a registry table and chairs.
SALA ROOM RECEPTION
A beautiful indoor space opening out to views of our pond and gardens. Seating up to 70 guests or 120 for a cocktail style wedding. This room is fully equipped with heaters on the deck, air-conditioning throughout, audio system and projector. Your reception set up in the Sala Room includes tables, chairs, table linen (cloths and napkins), cutlery, glassware and a Spicers menu.

RETREAT EXCLUSIVE USE
Exclusive use of the property ensures your day is as private and intimate as possible, covering the use of the restaurant and accommodation on the wedding day from 12pm to 10am the following day. It allows you and your guests to feel truly relaxed, knowing that this beautiful, intimate 18 acre property is solely yours to enjoy. As part of the exclusive use venue hire our onsite wedding coordinator is dedicated to managing the day and assisting all other suppliers. Due to the boutique nature of Spicers Tamarind Retreat we only cater for exclusive use weddings.
Monday and Tuesday - $3000

BEFORE AND ON THE DAY
Light lunch for you and your bridal party can be prepared and delivered to your room as you prepare for your big day. Your pre-wedding chef’s selection menu, an à la carte menu or your choice of Australian or Thai barbeque banquet can be arranged and enjoyed subject to restaurant availability.
The menus shown are sample menus only. The current menu will be sent six weeks prior to the wedding date for you to select from. All menus are subject to change due to availability and season. If we cannot honour selections, we will provide similar recommended substitutions.

Beverages on consumption to replace the beverage package is available on request. Wine and beer are charged per bottle and must be based on a set beverage list decided by the bride and groom 30 days prior. Special orders are available on request and subject to availability and additional charges. Spicers Tamarind Retreat management and team will at all times reinforce the principles and practices for the responsible management of a licenced venue. This includes but is not limited to responsible service of alcohol, following all guidelines in relation to the Liquor Act, hours of trading and noise. All licensed areas and venues must be vacated and closed by midnight. A range of non-alcoholic beverage options are available.

Spicers Tamarind Retreat has 14 luxurious villas spread across our 18 acre property allowing for up to 44 guests to stay on the property. With six 1 bedroom and eight 2 bedroom villas available, we offer choice to suit your needs.
Check in is guaranteed from 2pm with a leisurely check out of 11am. Guests are welcome to book the night before or after with the discounted wedding rate extended for the duration of their stay.
