Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legal requirement when a property is sold, rented out, or built in England and Wales.

We can arrange your EPC quickly and at a reduced rate when you use our Legal Services – making it easier and more cost-effective to get your home market-ready.

Anti-money laundering checks

As part of our commitment to safeguarding your transaction, we conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks at no extra charge to sellers or buyers.

Estate agents are legally required to conduct AntiMoney Laundering (AML) checks on their clients, including customer due diligence and verification of funds, under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.

It’s never too soon to instruct your conveyancer if you want a fast move. Thanks to haart Legal Services, our no-move, no-fee basis means we can get a head start on all of the paperwork. Please ask for a quotation from your valuer when they visit.
