With more than 10% of the world’s flowering plant species, the East Indies is still “The Spice Islands” and a distillers paradise. At Spice Islands Distilling Co. we search the archipelago for the most aromatic, flavourful, and uniquely Indonesian botanicals for our range of truly authentic Distilled East Indies Gins.

Crafted in Small Batches at Spice Island Distillery using hand made copper stills from CARL GmbH in Germany, our gin uses no flavouring and no artificial additives. We use ultra pure 96% ABV Australian grain alcohol and distill with Macedonian Juniper and the finest Indonesian botanicals. The result is a smooth, flavourful and truly distinctive Indonesian gin that which customers will love.

Our gin produce up to 60% l s co2 vs imported brands
This is because the Australian grain alcohol we import to distill our gins is 96% pure, so less space is needed to transport it. In terms of our ingredients, with the exception of Juniper, we sustainably source all our ingredients from Indonesia - it is the Spice Islands after all, we want to keep it that way!
