Community Parking Procedures & Safe Driving Habits

ONLY PARK IN YOUR ASSIGNED SPOT.

When parking, make sure you take up only one spot by staying inside the lines.

Please do not park on curbs, on grassy or landscaped areas, in fire lanes, or in locations that could block traffic flow. Your vehicle will be towed if parked improperly.

Always observe posted speed limits and be wary of pedestrians, especially children and pets.

Make sure your children are not playing in areas with frequent community traffic.

Car maintenance is not allowed in the parking area.

The Fountains has the authority to tow any cars that are not operable or parked properly.

All vehicles must have current and valid registration. Only one assigned vehicle is allowed to park behind the private parking gate. All others will be towed.

Additional vehicles may be parked in the uncovered spaces behind the gates or on the street outside of the gates.
