Help keep the fitness room clean and safe by remembering the following policies listed below:

Use the fitness room at your own risk. Attendants are not provided.

Please check with your physician prior to the use of the fitness room. Use of the fitness room is not recommended for:

Individuals taking medication.

Persons with heart conditions or medical limitations.

Individuals under the influence of alcohol.

MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES.

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT, AND FOR THAT OF OTHERS:

Be careful with weights and other moving parts when using fitness equipment. Do not make repairs on fitness equipment. Please report needed repairs to the Management Office.

Do not use, adjust or operate fitness equipment beyond your physical limitations. Please report vandalism and unauthorized users. Do not remove fitness equipment from the fitness room.

Please wipe down fitness equipment after you are finished using it and return all free weights to their intended location.

Do not leave personal items in the fitness room. The Management Team is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Respect others by keeping noise to a minimum.

Dispose of any trash properly.

Ask for an orientation before using the exercise equipment.

Clothes Care Center & Laundry Room

The Fountains has a laundry room located on the Southeast corner of the community, adjacent to the pool. The clothes care center’s laundry machines use the CEC Laundry Pay App for convenient payment via your phone. The Fountains clothes care center is available for use by all residents and with the CEC App, this process is simple, accessible as easy as one, two, three Follow the three simple steps below to get started.
