Valet Trash and Recycling

VALET TRASH COLLECTION DAYS ARE SUNDAY - THURSDAY

Trash Valet will not be available on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

TRASH REMINDERS

PLEASE FOLLOW THE TRASH POLICIES OUTLINED BELOW TO KEEP THE COMMUNITY CLEAN.

A black trash container will be provided to you upon move-in.

Place containers out between 6PM - 8PM .

Valet will begin collecting trash at 8PM .

Bring your container back inside your apartment by 9AM the following day.

Use 13-gallon trash bags.

Bag, tie, and place your trash in the container provided.

Double bag all doggy bags.

No furniture and/or mattresses can be disposed of on property.

Please do not put loose trash, broken glass, liquids, or sharp objects in your container.

No bags over 25lbs.

All trash bags must fit in your container when placed out for the valet.

Please do not put oversized items out for the valet. If you have bulky trash that does not fit in your container, please bring these items to the dumpster in the front of The Fountains.

Please take your trash directly to the dumpster on non-trash days.

Recycling is very important at The Fountains, this holds true for residents as well. To reduce the environmental footprint as much as possible, recycling has been incorporated into the trash valet service. When putting out your recycling for valet, please use a blue or clear plastic bag. Also, please break all boxes down and keep your trash and recycling separated. If you have excess boxes, please break them down and throw them away in the dumpster. For more information on recycling and recyclable items, click the button below.
