When you move in, you will receive an email from “ActiveBuilding” with a direct link to set up your account, or you can visit www.fountainsapt.com and click on the “Resident Access” tab. Then click on the “Resident Portal” button to log in and click on the “New User? Get Started Now” button.

From there, the portal will walk you through the steps to set up your username and password.
