CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Directly oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the organization, including client service and business development, financial performance, human resource management, contract negotiation and compliance with company policies. Directly oversee and manage all aspects of staff administration, including training, salary administration, job descriptions, staff meetings, performance evaluations, office procedures and communications within the staff.
