Ingredients:

• 2mozzarella fiordilatte

•2 tomatoes

Preparation

• Fresh basil

•Extra virgin olive oil

•Salt

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.

Arrange them on a pretty plate and season with a drizzle of olive oil, freshbasil and pinch of salt. Drain the mozzarella fiordilatte, cut it and put the pieces on top of the tomatoes.

Complete the dish with a drizzle of extra olive oil and a couple of basil leaves. Enjoy the caprese salad.
