The St. Paul's Baptist Church Strategic Planning Team is proud to be a part of a church that is steadfast in its commitment to share the good news about Jesus Christ in what we do and say. A number of factors, including evolving technology, declining religiosity among Black Americans, shifting demographics, and the COVID-19 pandemic has left churches, including St. Paul's, with an immediate challenge of how to remain stable while becoming a more relevant religious entity that attracts, disciples, and serves communities in the 21st century.

The Strategic Planning Team has been charged with leading the effort to create a five-year strategic plan that gives the church a roadmap for addressing these challenges and doing ministry in the 21st century. Strategic planning allows the church to evaluate and improve its ministries, and to operate with excellence. You are the central part of the strategic planning process! In the coming weeks, you will receive a survey about your experiences and perspectives. We need to hear from you to make informed and effective recommendations about St. Paul's future.
