The St. Paul's Baptist Church Strategic Planning Team is proud to be a part of a church that is steadfast in its commitment to share the good news about Jesus Christ in what we do and say.

A number of factors, including evolving technology, declining religiosity among Black Americans, shifting demographics, and the COVID-19 pandemic has left churches, including St. Paul's, with an immediate challenge of how to remain stable while becoming a more relevant religious entity that attracts, disciples, and serves communities in the 21st century.

The Strategic Planning Team has been charged with leading the effort to create a five-year strategic plan that gives the church a roadmap for addressing these challenges and doing ministry in the 21st century. Strategic planning allows the church to evaluate and improve its ministries, and to operate with excellence.
