We’re incredibly proud to champion the mission of two remarkable organisations who make a significant difference in our region.
We are honoured to support Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice (Little Lights), who offer respite, palliative and end-of-life care for babies and young children with complex illnesses or disabilities, from birth to age five. Their transformative work provides comfort and stability during some of the most challenging times in a family’s life.
We’ll also proudly be supporting Woodlands Hospice, who work tirelessly to ensure that those with life-limiting illnesses have access to the best care and support in their time of need. They honour people’s right to dignity and respect at whatever stage of their illness, and aim to improve the quality of life of both patients and their families.
By coming together to support these two remarkable charities, we can create a powerful network of care that addresses the needs of our community. We invite you to join us in supporting their efforts and helping to make a difference where it matters most.

Headline Sponsor – £15,000
We are offering an exclusive opportunity for a maximum of two visionary organisations to become our Headline Sponsor(s) and take a leading role in an event that’s set to make a real difference.
The Headline Sponsorship package is a unique platform to not only align your brand with our mission but to gain unparalleled visibility and recognition. For a contribution of £15,000, your organisation will be positioned at the forefront of the gala. This includes:
• Full table (10 tickets)
• Your name in lights (logo featured on projector throughout event)

We are thrilled to offer one exceptional partner the chance to become our VIP Drinks Reception Sponsor and place their brand at the heart of this prestigious welcome.
For a contribution of £7,500, the Drinks Sponsorship package offers a fantastic opportunity to gain high-visibility exposure and align your brand with a moment of true celebration. As the sponsor, this will be your VIP drinks reception, giving you the freedom to own the experience and showcase your marketing materials. This exclusive package includes:
• Half table (5 tickets)
• Sponsor of the VIP drinks reception – it’s your VIP drinks reception, you can own it and display your marketing materials, plus much more
• Your name in lights (logo featured on projector throughout event)
• A half-page ad in our Gala brochure

Boating Race Sponsor – £2,500
We are hosting a series of eight distinct virtual boat races, and we’re inviting a select group of partners to sponsor one or more of these exhilarating events.
For a contribution of £2,500 per race, your organisation can become a key part of this virtual spectacle. As a race sponsor, you’ll be at the heart of the evening’s action and a driving force behind our fundraising efforts. This exclusive package includes:
• Two complimentary tickets
• Your logo listed in the official Gala brochure
• Recognised by compere and host
• Your logo featured during virtual boat racing
• Social media exposure pre and post-event to collective audience of 20K+
GIFTING AND DONATIONS
