Removal of Bulky Waste in Wiltshire How do I arrange and pay for a large or bulky item collection? Removal of large items is a service that Wiltshire Council charges for. A table of rates is shown below. Reduced rates are charged for anyone in receipt of a means-tested benefit. You may want to team up with a neighbour to make the most use of the scheme and share the costs e.g. if you only have two items for collection, you could find a neighbour who has another two and split the costs. If doing this, please ensure all the items are put out for collection at one single address and payment is made in a single transaction. To book and pay for a collection please contact your local Wiltshire Council office on 0300 456 0102. You can pay by debit or credit card, cheque, or postal order and payment will need to be made at the time of booking. If paying by cheque, please allow 10 working days for your cheque to clear when arranging your collection date.
