Snapshot SouthPark

Welcome to SouthPark
Home to extraordinary neighborhoods, the region’s best shopping, and a vibrant employment hub.
SouthPark’s central location and abundant amenities have long made it one of the Charlotte area’s most extraordinary submarkets. Its tree-lined streets are home to fintech startups and Fortune 500 headquarters, world-renowned fashion houses and locally-owned boutiques.
With $1 billion of new development in the pipeline and a vision for $250 million in quality-of-life projects over the next decade, SouthPark is poised to build on its rich history to ensure an extraordinary future.
Symphony Park hosts SouthPark’s largest events, including SouthPark After 5. This family-friendly entertainment series consistently draws thousands of visitors each week during its spring and fall runs.

SouthPark is one of the Charlotte region’s most desirable employment centers.
It’s home to a strong base of financial services, professional services, and retail jobs. The submarket’s resilience is underlined by a robust return-to-office rate, which outpaces that of peer submarkets in the region and beyond. SouthPark’s office market is well positioned to serve corporate headquarters, regional hubs, and midmarket, privately held businesses. These firms seek a more experienced, highly-educated workforce that is attracted to the mix of amenities located within the district.

A magnet for talent.
Companies, talent, and customers belong in SouthPark, where work and life can seamlessly come together. The district offers a compact, highlyamenitized neighborhood that meets the demands of a post-pandemic workforce.
The Charlotte region is a magnet for talent from 40 highly-rated universities within a 200-mile radius—including Queens University of Charlotte, located just around the corner from SouthPark.
