Finally, the weather is getting warmer and the evenings lighter.

This half term has been another busy one. I am delighted to be able to share with you the highlights and accomplishments from the past month within this WOW magazine.

We finished the half term with the whole school being out on trips, and the nursery having had the annual family fun day.

As always, I would like to thank our fantastic staff, whose unwavering dedication and passion have made these events possible.

Also, to our parents and carers, thank you for trusting us to look after your children and for your continued support to the school; it is very much appreciated.

Wishing you all a restful half term break, without any revision!

Absolutely delightful to have had so many parents join us at our Year 1 Coffee Morning! ✨ It was wonderful catching up with familiar faces. Here's to building strong connections and a supportive community!

“Q&Aand Lunchwith JoChurchill”

We were delighted to host our local MP at South Lee Prep School. Mrs Jo Churchill joined us for lunch and then took part in a Question and Answer session with our Year 6-8 pupils. The children were really interested in finding out what her job entails and were able to ask questions about the local community that they feel are important to young people. These included: Should more mental health provision be given for young people during exam periods? Does she feel robots will take over leaving the younger generation jobless? They learned about the benefits of the ‘First past the post’ system of voting and why a career in politics was such an interesting path. It was a really fascinating afternoon and a treat to attend.

Dinosaur Dig RECEPTION CLASS

It was a Roarsome day as our Reception pupils embarked on an exciting dinosaur dig! ���� They delved into the past, unearthing fascinating fossils and uncovering the mysteries of these ancient creatures.
