The school year is underway and the East Troy Community School District still has a need for confident, reliable, dedicated bus drivers to fill our routes for the year. This is the perfect part-time work for retirees, parents (even those with preschoolers-bring them along!), or anyone looking to help the community and make a little money on the side. Last year, we had a few parents step forward to become bus drivers where they found they love driving the bus. Maybe this is the opportunity for you or someone you know such as a neighbor or relative! While we are looking for drivers for both morning and afternoon routes, our biggest need is in the afternoon from 2:45pm-4:00pm.
We offer a competitive hiring bonus of $750-$1,000 for bus drivers. We even provide paid training to obtain your CDL and our trainers are excited to help. New bus drivers are also eligible for additional bonuses during and at the end of the school year.

VILLAGE OF WATERFORD JOB OPENING EQUIPMENT & WATER OPERATOR FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
The Village of Waterford is seeking a full time individual to join our public works staff. Applicants interested in the position will need to submit a resume, cover letter, and Village application. The Village application can be found on the Village of Waterford web site (www.waterfordwi.org) or picked up at the Village Hall at 123 North River St. The operator position will work in the public works department in maintaining our water system, sewer system, Village buildings, parks, and all operations of the street department. The applicant will need to have a Class B CDL with air brakes or the ability to obtain one in 6 months. The applicant will be required to obtain a State of Wisconsin Water operator’s license with distribution, groundwater and iron removal certification within two years of hire. Failure to obtain any of the licenses in the designated time frame will be grounds for dismissal. The operator’s position responds to department call outs and must be able to arrive at the Public works building within 30 minutes of being contacted. All applicants must read the full “Equipment & Water Operator” job description on the Village web site before applying. Village of Waterford is an EOE opportunity.
Starting at $27.95-29.45 an hour, and includes both an attractive and comprehensive insurance/vacation package as well as enrollment in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). Work hours Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am.
