The winner’s share of Villa Park Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 2801’s current Queen of Hearts contest stands at approximately $3,200. The contest’s ticket drawing takes place each Friday evening at 8 p.m. The ticket that’s selected during the drawing includes a number on the contest board that has not been revealed. If that space contains the Queen of Hearts, the ticket holder claims the winner’s share of the prize pot. The post, which is located at 39 E. St. Charles Road, is open to the public. A five-pack of contest tickets costs $5. Tickets are available at the post during the week and up until a few minutes before each Friday’s drawing.
