The Village was asked to waive inspection and permit fees as well as split the TIF revenue bond funds generated by the project. After discussions, the Board agreed to these conditions. “It’s a large development with a lot of moving parts,” said Keehner. The financing is expected to be finalized in the next three to four months.

“At the end of the process, the developer will be able to dig the next day,” said Keehner.
