Black Hawk Run Golf Course to host Stockton firefighters’ benefit golf outing STOCKTON — Black Hawk Run Golf Course, Stockton, is hosting a benefit golf outing to give people an opportunity to help their volunteer fire department as they continue to “Rise from the Ashes” of their own fire. On Tues. Feb. 25, fire ignited at The Stockton Fire Department. There was extensive damage to all the contents. Everyone was safe, but many trucks and equipment were damaged, as well as the building. Although these firefighters are ready to go and do their job at all times, there is still a financial bridge to gap to replace their losses. The Stockton Firefighters’ Benefit Golf Outing is Saturday, June 4 with shotgun start at 12 (registration starting @ 10:30) $85 Entry Fee Per Golfer includes: 18 hole Green Fees, Cart, Hole contest, Dinner after golf, Great Prizes, “Bases Wild” DJ during golf, and The Zac Matthews band at 7:00. Other donation opportunities include a silent auction item, event and hole sponsorships, prize donations, or monetary donations to

the fire department are always welcome. Sponsorships are Bronze $100, Silver $200, Gold $500, or $25 Cart sponsorship for individual or business. In the evening, The Zac Matthews Band will be performing a Benefit Concert at 7. Zac Matthews is the winner of The 2014 Country Showdown’s “Best New Male Act in Country Music”. With a local interest, Zac is the son of Stockton native, Matt Molitor. Zac Matthews Band has opened multiple road dates for renowned artist like Randy Houser, Billy Currington, Tyler Farr, Leann Rimes, The Kentucky Headhunters, and many more. The concert is free to the public and our Stockton Firefighters will be “passing the boot” for donations at the concert.
