5:16 p.m. – observed a vehicle on the side of the interstate with its hazards on at Interstate 43. Officer stood by while the tire was changed as it was on the driver’s side.

9:27 p.m. – officer stopped a car for having red lights outlining the front headlights on South Lincoln Street.

Driver didn’t know it was illegal.

11:46 p.m. – noticed a vehicle running that normally isn’t there on East O’Connor Drive. No occupants. Officer made contact with subject leaving business and confirmed she was vehicle owner.

Dec. 18 1 a.m. – observed a vehicle going at a high rate of speed on North Wisconsin Street. Driver stopped and issued a written warning.

1:07 a.m. – officer located open door on rear of business during routine building checks on West Evergreen Parkway. Searched interior, all OK. 2:25 a.m. – officer found an open door during a building check on East Geneva Street. Cleared the building and secured the door. Key holder was on scene and everything was OK. 9:43 a.m. – subject wanted to speak to an officer regarding a construction crew across the street that cut the internet wires on North Cranberry Street.

10:04 a.m. – officer stopped vehicle and learned he was suspended on West Court Street. Issued driver

Drunken driving • Orly G. Miranda, 45, of Delavan; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, fourth offense.

Miranda was apprehended for drunken driving on West Market Street in Elkhorn at about 4:05 p.m. Dec. 22 after being pulled over for driving a vehicle with expired registration, according to the criminal complaint.

• Jean M. Conrad, 39, of Lake Geneva; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, fourth offense.

Conrad was apprehended for drunken driving on Highway 36 in the Town of Lyons at about 12:20 a.m. Dec. 19 after she was pulled over for driving 74 mph in a 55-mph zone and crossing the centerline, according to the complaint.

Bail jumping • Blake A. Lohmeier, 47, of Whitewater; felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lohmeier was found with a straw that contained burnt residue and a filter made from a piece of metal scouring pad after being found unresponsive at Walmart in Whitewater on Sept. 30, according

11:26 p.m. – vehicle with a faulty headlight on North Wisconsin Street. Driver was stopped and was aware, issued a verbal warning.

Dec. 19 1:11 a.m. – vehicle with defective taillight on West Winsor Street. Driver stated she was aware but then forgot, written warning issued.

7:04 a.m. – alarm on East Court Street. Officer responded and spoke with homeowner, all OK. 11:56 a.m. – German shepherd running in traffic on North Lincoln Street.

2:17 p.m. – German shepherd wandering around neighborhood again on North Kimberly Lane. Responded to a dog running at large.

Owner of dog was cited.

3:30 p.m. – vehicle with loud exhaust on South Lincoln Street. Driver cited for seat belt. Issued a warning for registration and the exhaust.

3:57 p.m. – complainant found two dogs out running loose on North Patricia Street and brought them to the police department. The dogs were taken to the shelter.

4:13 p.m. – grey and white husky won’t let people get close, has been running around barking and going in peoples garage on North Amparo Street. Same dog officers tried to catch earlier.

Same dog; owner had already been cited.

10:40 p.m. – dispatched to a loud music complaint on North Sandy Lane. Resident was informed and stated he would turn down the music.

11:11 p.m. – vehicle going at a high rate of speed on Highway 12. Driver was

• Ryan N. Schultz, 34, of Whitewater; felony bail jumping. Schultz was stopped Nov. 18 in Whitewater for driving a vehicle, the registered owner of which had a suspended driver’s license, according to the criminal complaint.

Taylor’s driving status was revoked as a result of an alcohol-related incident, he did not have an ignition interlock device in the vehicle as required and he had active warrants through the Janesville Police Department and the Howard County, Ind., Sheriff’s Office, the complaint states. He was under bond conditions on a Rock County charge of substantial battery.

• Michelle A. Lemminger, 34, of Madison; two counts of felony bail jumping and obstructing an officer. According to the criminal complaint, Lemminger identified herself as Kaitlyn L. Statman on Aug. 10 when police responded to a home in Sharon for a family complaint. She

Dec. 20 12:52 a.m. – can hear loud bass playing on Fair Meadow. Found the location of where the noise was coming from. Spoke with residents and their parents. They stated they would turn down the music.

4:33 a.m. – unoccupied vehicle at closed business on East Geneva Street. Area was checked and everything appeared OK. 7:37 a.m. – officer observed steel in roadway on West Geneva Street. It was removed.

12:50 p.m. – husky running around on North Patricia Street. Officer did observe dog running and spoke with owner again about dog.

Citation issued.

3:59 p.m. – officer stopped vehicle for suspended registration on South Lincoln Street. Driver cited.

5:12 p.m. – observed a vehicle pull into a closed business, leave, turn around and go back to the business on Proctor Drive. Occupant was an employee there to pick up items left for him. He had a health insurance card as well as a business card.

8:41 p.m. – stopped vehicle for speeding on West Walworth Street. During traffic stop officer found out license plates were not for vehicle. Paperwork shown providing license plate transfer request was submitted to DMV by car dealership.

Warned for speeding.

Dec. 21 4:25 a.m. – observed vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and confirmed with radar on North Wisconsin Street. Citation.

9:20 a.m. – citizen trying to get a hold of business and says no one has answered the phone all morning on East Geneva Street. Officer made contact with owner who stated Phone Company did an upgrade and is aware of the

Gonzalez allegedly used a credit card that belonged to the boyfriend of a friend to make unauthorized purchases at Jet Car Wash, Evergreen Mobil and the Mobil gas station on Borg Road in Delavan on July 18.

3:05 p.m. – stopped vehicle after observing expired registration sticker on Proctor Drive. Driver cited.

4:25 p.m. – received call of car on street not moving for weeks at a time on Sunny Hill Drive. Followed up citation issued.

6:33 p.m. – officer spoke with subject about threatening text messages he has been receiving on North West Street. Stated he keeps blocking the numbers but is receiving messages from other numbers.

7:41 p.m. – observed a vehicle make a left turn on South Lincoln Street. Officer stopped vehicle. Driver was from North Dakota and lost. Assisted with directions.

Driver given verbal warning.

8:06 p.m. – observed a vehicle parked at white river trail after dark on County Trunk H. No driver located.

Everything ok.

8:15 p.m. – officer was traveling west on Deere Road when a vehicle traveling south on Nathan made a tight left turn into Deere coming into the lane of oncoming traffic. Officer had to stop to avoid being struck. Driver cited for improper left turn and issued written warning for no proof of insurance.

8:50 p.m. – can see flashlight in backyard on South Lincoln Street.

Officer checked area and did not locate any fresh footprints in the snow. Told subject to call back if they see anybody else again.

Fleeing • Terryoine J. Davis, 26, of Chicago; attempting to flee or elude an officer. Davis, later determined to be driving a car stolen in Milwaukee, fled from police for nearly 15 miles at speeds of 110 mph beginning at Interstate 43 and Mound Road in the Town of Delavan on Dec. 19, according to the criminal complaint. After three pursuit intervention technique, or PIT, maneuvers, Davis was successfully stopped south of rest area 35 on I-43, the complaint states.
