9:53 p.m. – vehicle in the parking lot with loud music on South Lewis Street. Officer did not locate.

March 9 6:04 a.m. – employee discovered the overhead door open on Highway 67. Officer arrived and checked building and all appeared in order.

Manager notified.

10:45 a.m. – detective assisted deputies checking address for subject on South Woodpine Drive.

4:15 p.m. – caller reported the neighbor was burning her tree on North Church Street. The tree was dead, not burned. It was explained that there was no char on the tree.

The neighbor was burning in a permanent outdoor fire pit.

4:24 p.m. – subject brought in wallet found on East Court Street. Will be in to pick up the wallet.

11:45 p.m. – officer observed vehicle in lot of closed business on Proctor Drive.

Vehicle was secure and building appeared okay.

March 8 12:58 p.m. – officer stopped driver for speed on North Wisconsin Street. Issued citations.

2:34 p.m. – customer upset because his credit card is being declined on West Hidden Trail. Upon contact subject attempted to push past officer.

Subject eventually cooperated and was warned to leave and not returned per staff.

4:40 p.m. – advised of subjects in the lobby on West Walworth Street. They were March 10 trying to pick somebody up 1 a.m. – officer was at stop at the jail. Officer provided light and observed a vehi-

cle approaching the lights on East Morrissy Drive. Vehicle appeared to not be slowing down causing officer to brake while turning. Stopped for failure to obey sign and cited.

1:26 a.m. – officer observed debris in roadway and removed items on North Lincoln Street.

7:41 a.m. – officer observed a vehicle parking on front lawn on Edgewood Avenue. Placed a tag informing the owners to move their vehicle.

7:57 a.m. – officer observed a vehicle parked on the front lawn on North Patricia Street. Owner was warned and moved vehicle.

9:46 a.m. – traffic stop for no seatbelt on South Lincoln Street. Driver did not have current proof of insurance. Citation for no seatbelt. Warning for insurance.

10:17 a.m. – traffic stop for no seatbelt on North Wisconsin Street. Citation issued.

10:44 a.m. – observed municipal code violation on West Sedgemeadow Street. Spoke to owner and gave 30 days to remove car parked driveway that is abandoned.

10:58 a.m. – green tag left for owner to repair car that has a flat tire in the driveway on East First Avenue.

11:04 a.m. – traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign on North Spencer Street. Citation issued.

11:52 a.m. – traffic stop for failure to stop at a red light on South Lincoln Street. Citation issued.

4:01 p.m. – vehicle is parked on the sidewalk on North Broad Street. Officer cited one of the vehicles. Both were moved and tenants were advised they cannot park over the sidewalk.

4:51 p.m. – dispatched to a traffic crash on East Marshall Street. No injury reported.

Report completed.

6:26 p.m. – subject turned in a phone found in the roadway on West Page Street.

Able to contact the owner’s husband.

8:51 p.m. – traffic stop for failure to obey red light on West Court Street. Verbal warning. Parent notified.

March 11 2:11 p.m. – subject came into the PD requesting extra police presence before school hours and right after school on West Westlawn Avenue. A lot of vehicles speeding on road at those times.

7:57 p.m. – observed a vehicle with a loud exhaust on South Washington Street.

Driver was cited for no insurance.

10:28 p.m. – officer did a business check on West Evergreen Parkway. Found an open door and cleared the building. Tag was left and door was secured.
