Applies continuous improvement methods utilizing lean manufacturing processes to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Perform regular Cycle-time Audits on different processes. Will do Shop floor process analysis; Reduce cycle times (equipment) improve 5S/visual management.
