Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
3. A valid Wisconsin Class B Commercial Driver’s License with air brake endorsement and a good driving record.
4. Minimum one-year experience in the operation of trucks and equipment.
5. Forestry experience preferred.
Starting salary is $22.83 to $30.81 per hour based on qualifications, plus an excellent benefits package containing Wisconsin Retirement System contributions, deferred compensation, longevity pay, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, vacation, personal days, and compensatory time.

3RD SHIFT MECHANIC: EXPERIENCE BASED PAY + $2,000 HIRING BONUS
o 4+ years of machine maintenance in a production environment (preferably in the food processing industry)
o Experience in electrical systems, HVAC systems, pneumatics, milling and lathe operation, hydraulics, boiler operation, steam systems, and welding
o Weekend work may be required
2ND, 3RD, & WEEKEND ELECTRICIAN: EXPERIENCE BASED PAY + $1,000 TO $2,000 HIRING BONUS
o 4+ Years electrical experience in a production environment (preferably in the food processing industry)
o Knowledge of common electrical standards & ability to troubleshoot
o Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC’s, drives, controls, and protocols
o Experience in HVAC systems, pneumatics, milling and lathe operation, hydraulics, boiler operation, steam systems preferred
o Weekend work may be required
