Court blotter The following people were charged with these Class H and I felony offenses in Walworth County Circuit court between Oct. 30 and Nov. 5: Class H Class H, punishable by up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines: Bail jumping • Justin L. Horner, 29, of Whitewater; felony bail jumping and resisting an officer, both as a repeater. Horner allegedly pulled away from and kicked at officers during a traffic stop Oct. 12 in the Town of Whitewater. Officers tried to question him about an altercation he was in at Silver Lake Inn that resulted in an injury to his temple that was bleeding, according to the complaint. Horner was under bond conditions on a Rock County charge of fourth-offense drunken driving.

Theft • Tori M. Rhone, 18, of Lake Geneva; theft of movable property and possession of narcotic drugs. Rhone, who was a certified nursing assistant and manager for Team Love Home Care, allegedly took hydrocodone pills Oct. 18 from the safe of a 72-yearold Elkhorn woman for whom she was a caregiver.

juana during a controlled buy at his Seventh Street home Oct. 10, according to the criminal complaint.

• Tyler J. Baker, 22, of Green Bay; two counts of manufacturing or delivering marijuana near a park. According to the criminal complaint, Baker sold marijuana on Dec. 12 and 20 during controlled buys from his East Main Street apartment in Whitewater, which is within 1,000 feet of Cravath Lakefront Park.

• Michael J. Borrmann, 17, of Elkhorn; possession with intent to deliver marijuana, threatening to cause injury or harm via computer message and possession of drug paraphernalia. Borrmann allegedly sent Snapchat messages to a 16-year-old girl Oct. 23 threatening to harm her friends, specifically an 18-year-old man who reportedly had bought marijuana from Borrmann with counterfeit money. Police searched the Gorman Street home where Borrmann was staying and found replica handguns, 14 grams of marijuana, a notebook that looked like a drug sales ledger and a fake $100 that the girl’s friend had given to Borrmann, the complaint states.

• Stephanie Schoonover, 28, of Whitewater; possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Heroin and suboxone strips that belonged to Schoonover were found in a room where a 56-year-old died of a suspected drug overdose on East Milwaukee Street in Whitewater on May 29, according to the complaint.
