Sept. 30 2:53 a.m. – car alarm was going off outside on West Market Street. Officer arrived and checked area and was unable to locate anyone walking or in a vehicle.

9:13 a.m. – detective spoke

Oct. 2 12:06 a.m. – water coming right turn lane and majority of straight lane, causing cars to go into traffic to get around on North Wisconsin Street. DPW advised.

12:14 a.m. – a vehicle got stuck due to high water rushing from a field on East Koopman Lane.

11:40 a.m. – dispatched to provide funeral escort from St. Pat’s to Mt. Olivet on West Walworth Street.

12:09 p.m. – complainant reported catching a neighbor removing mail belonging to other tenants from their mailboxes on North Church Street. Made contact stating there have been issues with mail being in other people’s mailbox. Checks the mail and then returns it. It was explained that this needs to stop immediately. Post office will be updated as the complainant has been in contact.

• Lance O. Mundt, 27, of Whitewater; possession of cocaine, second and subsequent offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, as a repeater. Mundt was pulled over

for speeding at Highway 12 and Highway A at about 1:55 a.m. Oct. 26 and found with 1.5 grams of crack cocaine, trace amounts of marijuana and $220 cash, according to the criminal complaint.
