While out on bond on Jefferson County charges of disorderly conduct and false imprisonment and Dane County charges of disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation and suffocation with conditions that he consume no alcohol, Tuskey was found intoxicated and trying to enter Burger King in Elkhorn at about 12:55 a.m. Oct. 13, according to the criminal complaint.

• Jamie L. Heminover, 40, of Elkhorn; felony bail jumping. Heminover was found drinking at a tavern in the

Town of Sugar Creek at about 1:50 a.m. Oct. 5 after stealing a woman’s car, according to the criminal complaint. He was under bond conditions that included drinking no alcohol in multiple cases including a prior charge of bail jumping in Walworth County.

• David J. Stott, 30, of Harvard, Ill.; three counts of felony bail jumping. While under bond conditions on multiple counts of felony child abuse, Stott allegedly went to the Harvard, Ill., home of a 30-yearold woman whose child he is to have no contact with on Aug. 25 while intoxicated. The woman tried to leave the house with her children and a pet, and Stott grabbed the woman by her feet and tried to drag her out of the vehicle, according to the complaint.

• Karly L. Badame Krkljus, 25, of Genoa City; felony bail jumping. Krkljus was apprehended driving without a valid license in Genoa City on Oct. 14 in violation of bond on charges of possession of nar-

Drunken driving • Kathleen C. Aguallo, 56, of Delavan; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, both fourth offense. Aguallo was apprehended for drunken driving in the parking lot of Little Caesar’s in Delavan on Sept. 13 after an anonymous caller saw her leaving the Dollar Tree, according to the criminal complaint. She admitted drinking three beers and two glass of wine in Pell Lake before driving to the Dollar Tree and Little Caesar’s in Delavan, the complaint states.

11:23 p.m. – officer checked building and located door not pulled tight on East Geneva Street. Interior checked all was okay and door was secured.

Sept. 23 3:09 a.m. – officer hear audible alarm coming from business on South Washington Street. Checked building and found it to secure. All okay.

11:12 a.m. – subject brought in a wallet found on the sidewalk on South Devendorf Street. The wallet was returned. Nothing was missing.

6:48 p.m. – CO2 detector going off – evacuating house – no illness on East Longneedle Lane. Fire Chief arrived and his meter was picking up a reading of CO in the air.

Homeowner was cooking on the gas stove. WE Energies was contacted and responding.

Sept. 24 1:30 a.m. – observed vehicle fail to obey traffic sign on South Lincoln Street. Vehicle stopped. Driver was cited for failure to obey sign, and verbally warned for operating

of Delavan; possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patwell was found with two empty THC vape cartridges, a cut-off straw with cocaine residue and 2.71 grams of marijuana during a probation search at the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office on Oct. 9, according to the complaint.

• Ashley L. Pina, 31, of Lake Geneva; possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pina was involved an argument with another woman at the BP gas station on Beloit Street in Delavan at about midnight Oct. 11, according to the complaint. Police were called, and Pina was found with more than 50 hypodermic needles, at least one of which contained suspected heroin residue; a bottle cap with suspected heroin in it; other heroin-related items; and a marijuana pipe, according to the complaint.

6:17 p.m. – officer observed SUV at high rate of speed on West Walworth Street. Driver stopped and cited.

6:50 p.m. – officer observed semi at high rate of speed on East Court Street.

Driver stopped and cited.

7:42 p.m. – officer observed vehicle with defective brake light on West Walworth Street. Driver stopped and issued a 10-day.

11:10 p.m. – dispatched to alarm on East Seymour Court. Cancelled prior to arrival. Officer was close by and checked building. All okay.

Sept. 25 12:03 a.m. – officer observed door slightly ajar on East Geneva Street. Entire building checked. All appeared okay.

7:47 a.m. observed a vehicle in the park with female sleeping in the car on Proctor Drive. All was okay came to sleep before a doctors appointment. Advised of park hours.

8:03 a.m. – truck and horse trailer lost some bails of hay and would like traffic control while they clean it up

1:21 p.m. – officer responded to meet with Water Department reference a fire hydrant that was knocked over by what appeared to be a semi truck on West Oconnor Drive.

4:37 p.m. – dispatched to check area for someone who is burning leaves on North Amparo Street. Spoke with homeowner who had started a campfire. Subject didn’t have leaves and had untreated wood.

10:55 p.m. – driver cited for going straight through the intersection against multiple signs advising right turn only and do not enter.

11:49 p.m. – while checking building officer heard loud machines running in the garage on South Highway 67.

Gained entry and found an air hose fitting had popped off.

The hose was secure in a vice and compressor shut off.

5:59 p.m. – responded to barking dog complaint on North Sandy Lane. Upon arrival no dogs could be heard.

Located complainant stated the barking has stopped. Will call back if it starts back up.

7:17 p.m. – officer picked up a small white dog with no tags on North Lincoln Street.

As officer got to shelter the owner called. Owner came to the PD and paid the pickup fee. Advised to put tags on the dog.
