One resident stated the rental units “would break the culture of the area.” Another resident said the company is trying to cram so much in the space on the south side of Butterfield between Prospect Ave. and Spring Road. The next step, Rose said, is for the report of the ZPC, an advisory group, to be sent to the Development, Planning and Zoning (DPZ) Committee, a group of three aldermen.
