Pictured is the Addison Trail Science Olympiad Team, of whose varsity members have qualified to compete in the state tournament on April 16 at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The team earned a bid to the tournament by winning the Rock Valley College Regional on March 12. Members also received 19 medals in 23 events. The students who qualified to compete at State are Klea Gjonaj, Keara Schmitt, Adrian Kominowski, Kannon Nelms, Sophia Belvedere, Jonathan Loi, Abdul Kittaneh, Szymon Popowski, Lucero Bustamante, Anton Nguyen, Tracy Pham, Greta Qano, Natael Avila and Steven Abraham.
