cused in this case, the Lombard Police Department has no tolerance for this type of behavior,” Newton said. “I thank the State’s Attorney’s Office for filing the appropriate charges against these four men. I would also like to thank the Oak Brook Terrace Police Department for their work in locating these defendants.” Members of the public are reminded that this complaint contains only charges and is not proof of the defendants’ guilt.

DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert B. Berlin and Lombard Chief of Police Roy Newton announced last week that bond had been set for four suspects accused of stealing personal items from two victims outside the Yorktown Mall. All four men appeared at bond hearing this morning where Judge John Kinsella set bond as below. Each defendant is charged with one count of Class 1 Felony Robbery and one count of Class 2 Felony Robbery. The cases against each of the four men will be heard in front of Judge Kinsella.
