This schedule of fees applies to customers receiving services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) with Southcare.

One-way Trip $ 7.50
Minor home maintenance fees will be charged at 20% of the cost of each invoice.
Support services minimum 0.5 hours and then 15-minute increments thereafter.
Transport provided on weekdays between 7.00am and 3.30pm.
