The design meets the alarming situation and promote the high rise dwelling system toghether with self su iciency in nature. the self su icient housing will act as a communintywhichcansustainitselfwith eitherleastornoreliabilityontheexternalsupplies. The construction is done mainly using locally avaiilable materials or recycled materials Theproposedapartmentdesignaddressesthegrowingchallengesofurbanizationandresource depletionbypromotingahigh-risedwellingsystemthatseamlesslyintegratessustainabilityand self-su iciency.Eachapartmentunitisdesignedtooptimizenaturallightandventilation,reducingenergyconsumptionandenhancingindoorcomfort.Thebuildingincorporatesrenewableenergysystemssuchassolarpanelsandwindturbines,ensuringaconsistentsupplyofcleanenergy.

ThedesignofLuxeiscenteredarounddeliveringaworld-classhospitalityexperiencethatembodieselegance,comfort,andmodernluxury.Locatedinaprimeurbanse ing,thehotelfeaturesa harmoniousblendofcontemporaryarchitectureandtimelesssophistication.Thedesignincorporatescu ing-edgetechnologyandhigh-endmaterialstocreateanunparalleledguestexperience.

The structure includes spacious guest rooms with panoramic city views, lavish suites, fine dining restaurants, and exclusive wellness facilities. The public spaces—such as the grand lobby, event spaces, and lounges—are designed with a ention to detail, o ering a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. The design of a 5-star hotel incorporates a range of luxury suite rooms, each tailored to different levels of comfort, space, and occupancy. The hotel will feature five distinct classes of suites: Nominal Suites, Deluxe Suites, Super Deluxe Suites, Premium Suites, and the Presidential Suite, ensuring a personalized experience for every guest.

Nominal Suites provide an affordable yet luxurious stay, ideal for single travelers or couples, offering essential amenities like a comfortable seating area and a well-appointed bathroom.

Deluxe Suites cater to small families or business travelers, featuring additional space, a separate living area, and private balconies with scenic views. Super Deluxe Suites elevate the experience with expansive living and dining spaces, ideal for larger groups or families, incorporating advanced smart technologies and opulent furnishings. Premium Suites are designed for guests seeking top-tier luxury, with multiple bedrooms, private studies, and exclusive amenities such as jacuzzis and private spa access.

TheprojectfocusesonredesigningtheNITRaipurcampustocreateauser-friendlyanddynamic environment for students, faculty, and visitors. Drawing inspiration from renowned architectural examples and personal experiences within the existing campus, the design aims to improve functionality, accessibility, and aesthetics. The concept revolves aroundenhancingtheoverallcampusexperiencebyincorporatingmoreinteractionnodes, both inside and outside, without disrupting the natural circulation and flow of the space.

The design includes open spaces, courtyards, and multi-functional areas that encourage social engagement, collaboration, and learning. Thoughtfully placed seating arrangements, green spaces, and shaded zones provide opportunities for relaxation and informal interactions. The integration of pedestrian-friendly pathways and bike lanes ensures ease of movement, while sustainable elements like rainwater harvesting,solarpower,andgreen roofscontributetothecampus’senvironmental responsibility.
