Happy Solstice Day Today is a special day as we transition form the old into the new. May the next 2000 years herald a spectacular era of Love and Discernment. The quality of the time is to know yourself while being separate yet joined with those around you. The attitude is cooperation while you connect with others to live your passions and create a new world order. As we leave Will and Power behind we become more aware of how difficult it is to make things happen, or force others to do what we want, or think it is our way to do it. Now we get to find those places where we cooperate with each other and hold the elements together through our participation. Old ways are hard to let go and the Be the Creator, more we are in fear, the longer it takes to learn to do Be the Observer, it differently. I hope you find the following helpful.

A simple vision with breath technique which “has some real physiological changes to the chemistry of your body, not just the emotional calmness of the brain”. The Peaceful Breath Mudra is Whistler, BC also part of the third mudra. S O UL* A R E X CUR S ION S In The Wilderness of Chaos ~ A Not so Personal Story (con’t from page 2) This force is equally powerful as it keeps that which is hidden to remain hidden. But life wants us to expand and will bring to what is hidden the opportunity to reveal it. Then we must draw on more force or energy to keep from seeing what is hidden and create more for denying the truth which wants to be revealed. And so it goes until such a time one is capable of setting the truth free. This is where Jin Shin Jyutsu comes in. It creates the space to feel safe enough to expand and allow the fear to dissipative and the attitudes, those repressed emotions to release from the body, mind and spirit. Once the emotions, or physically stressed areas in the body are relieved/ soothed, then the mind can see the issue as information rather than experiencing it as something dramatical and must be protected from.

Mudras Purpose: “To allow you to see what is going on in any situation and what you can do about it. It prevents the perceived threat from becoming larger than it is. To stop the overwhelm that captures you and drives you to accept the protection of your unconscious mind.” In other words to to step out of self protection or fear mode. Practice: Use it to deliberately step into the fear and “accept that it is not going to chew you up. Practice on things you think are a real threat”.

Physiological Actions: Slows down the heart rate, Slows the reactive spirit Stops the body from surging out sugars to cope with flight and fright issues Stops body from sending out too much adrenaline Washes adrenalin away Mental Actions: Puts issues into perspective The place of internal image of comfort creates the oxytocin to wash more of the adrenal out of the body Brings the appropriate now to the forefront rather than the issue from the past or the inappropriate now. Result: By doing this often you become successful and can then change almost everything when you do it. It makes the big thing become a manageable small thing.
