February is an awesome month, it is an opportunity to celebrate love and love is a wonderful thing!

This year, I think it would be a wonderful idea to make the celebration of love a little more personal. I challenge everyone to contemplate one simple question, “do you love yourself?”.

Loving yourself begins with being committed to your own personal, spiritual growth as well as being committed to your self-care, wellness and financial wellbeing.
