Though the process is described pretty well, you are free to eventually call Roku Customer Support if any issues with the process or in case the issue doesn’t get fixed even through applying the solutions discussed below. So, let’s review the reasons and its possible solutions. o

First and foremost, you need to go to the network setting. But before that, make sure Roku logo will be visible on your TV screen. Access its menu. Choose “setting” and press “ok” button on remote.

o

Move to the network section and click “ok”. See the status shown on this page. Check the connection and the signal strength. If the status is shown “Connected” and signal strength is good or excellent, streaming should be working.

o

If not, go to the set up new connection and press “Ok” on that. Doing so, it is going to scan wireless network available in your area and show the result. Choose your network name from the menu, enter the password and click “ok”. It’ll take a little while to establish the connection.

o

If it doesn’t happen so, there must be problem with your router or cable connected to device if connection is wired. To check your router is working well, see even if the light is blinking. If not, reset the router. Most of the router has resetting button. Just by pressing that for 30 seconds, your router will reset.
