INTRODUCTION
Hi, MY NAME IS Sona ,Welcome to my architecture portfolio. IN 3 YEARS OF WORKING IN ARCHITECTURE I have completed approximately 110 projects, ranging from houses and community spaces to store buildings and townhouses.
My skills include working in both 2D and 3D, producing construction drawings, and effective communication with clients. excited to share my portfolio with you and showcase my passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces. In addition to my technical skills, I believe that architecture should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally responsible.
I take pride in my ability to work collaboratively with clients and other professionals to achieve their vision while staying within budget and timeline constraints. I believe that effective communication is key to a successful project, and I make it a priority to keep my clients informed and involved throughout the entire process.

For this project, the client needed a house as a retirement place to live in. The main everyday use rooms are located on the first floor for easy accessibility, while the second floor serves as a mansard floor with guest bedrooms and a home office. In this project, we have an amazing landscape that will be transformed into a garden in the front, and outside the garage. We have planned to plant beautiful trees and create a playground at the back of the house
Duryan Townhouse
location - Armenia, Arinj

In this project, we have designed five two-story townhouses, each featuring a rooftop terrace and a backyard. From the second floor, there is direct access to the rooftop terrace, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city. On the first floor, you will find a garage, an entrance hall, and a laundry room, as well as a spacious living area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen conveniently leads out to the garden. Moving to the second floor, you have the option of choosing between three or four bedrooms. In the three-bedroom configuration, there are two bedrooms, along with a master bedroom that includes a closet and an en-suite bathroom. For the other two bedrooms, there is a shared bathroom in the hallway.
