As a visual designer, I believe that as long as the mind can envision doing something, one can do it, as long as there is faith in the idea. Of ten, I envision solutions to a design challenge while focusing on other tasks, so I can look at the situation from a different perspective. Envisioning the end is enough to put the means in motion. ENVISION

is a collection of my thesis and selected work, as well

The concept of ‘food is an ar t’ is translated into spices arranged over rangoli, an Indian ar t of festive decoration. Bits of spice trivia directs the audience to the website for more information. Bright, saturated colors, subdued by an overlay of kraft paper, to emulate a subtle yet recognizably Indian color palette.

The second color for the project was blue, because Frutiger has been popularly used as blue and white type for airport and highway signage. Various typographic studies and experiments highlighting the nuances of the typeface were created. All the specimen sheets are stacked, together with section dividers, in a hand wrapped black drawer box to create a stunning piece of ar t.

‘Speed of Sound’ is one of those songs all-nighter, on repeat-mode

songs. Whether it’s instrumental or with lyrics, the beats keep my toes tapping, as fast as the speed of sound. Speed of Sound has a bright, upbeat feel, and I wanted to convey the mood by using appropriate content, physics formula, sound bars, and images.

Using typical Coldplay style, this music poster recreates a vivid ambiance from their concer ts, with thousands of bright led lights. Images and vector elements were printed on transparencies, and photographed of f two projectors, for a raw and organic look.
