TAMPA PALMS WOMEN’S CLUB INSTALLATION OF 2011 BOARD MEMBERS The annual Installation Ceremony of new Board Members for 2011 was held at the Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club on Thursday, January 20th. Each new member presented a flower to build a beautiful bouquet to represent their commitment to their duties. Out-going president, Mary Field passed the gavel to new President, Etta Green who addressed the group and expressed the admiration she felt for the friendly, charitable women of this club. The 2011 Board is as follows:

The club is off to a great start and will have their first meeting of the year on February 3rd at 10:00 a.m. for coffee and social, followed by a general meeting and speaker from HCA Healthcare to discuss Women’s Health Issues. This is a topic very important to all of us and an excellent opportunity to discuss concerns or have questions answered.
The ceremony was attended by approximately 42 guests who dined on a special salmon Caesar salad with key lime pie for dessert.
The Tampa Palms Women’s Club is open to residents or property owners in Tampa Palms. Meetings are held at Compton Park on the first Thursday of each month (excluding July and August) with an outing on the third Thursday of the month.
