About Us

Not just your neighborhood professional real estate team - we also specialize in New Home Construction, Downsizing, Transitioning and the Senior Market.

Love Your Life

April is upon us, and with it comes one of our community's most anticipated events: the 8th Annual Music Festival! Get ready to mark your calendars for April 6th from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, as we prepare to immerse ourselves in an evening of rhythm, melody, and pure joy.

Music has a unique power to bring people together and light up our souls. It transcends language barriers, cultural differences, and personal preferences, uniting us in a shared experience of emotion and expression. As we gather under the stars for our music festival, let us embrace this universal language and celebrate the bonds that connect us all.

This year's festival promises to be bigger and better than ever before. We have lined up four incredible bands to grace our stage, each bringing their own style and energy to the event. From rock to jazz to pop, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

But that's not all – our festival isn't just about the music. We'll also have a mouthwatering selection of food trucks to tantalize your taste buds, ensuring that no one goes hungry as we dance the night away. For our younger residents, we've got an exciting addition: an 82-foot inflatable to bounce and play on to their heart's content.

And here's something truly out of this world: at 8:00pm, we'll be visited by 7.5 robots! Get ready to be amazed as these futuristic creations dazzle us with their skills and technology.

But the festivities don't stop there. In keeping with the spirit of giving, we'll be selling LED foam sticks and glasses, with all proceeds going to Instruments of Change, a charity dedicated to bringing the gift of music to underserved communities. So not only will you be having a blast, but you'll also be making a difference in the lives of others !

Grand Hampton, this is our biggest event of the year, and it's all thanks to you – our vibrant and enthusiastic community. So let's come together, let's dance, let's laugh, and let's create memories that will last a lifetime. See you at the music festival!

Vehicle Bar Code Policy Update

As your Community Association Manager, I am writing to inform you of a recent decision made by the Board of Directors regarding the cost of bar codes for vehicle registration approved by the Board of Directors at the March 4, 2024 board meeting.

After careful consideration and evaluation of the operational expenses for Grand Hampton, the Board has approved an adjustment to the cost of bar codes, effective April 1, 2024. The new cost for obtaining new vehicle bar codes for your vehicles will be $15.00. This decision was not made lightly, and it was necessary to ensure that we can

continue to provide essential services and maintain the quality of life within our community.

It is important to note that there has not been an increase in the cost of bar codes since 2014. However, over the years, the association's costs for providing this service have increased. In our analysis of this concern, management and the Board of Directors also looked at the costs of bar codes in other communities and found that the new fee remains in line with the costs charged by similar associations.

We understand that any increase in fees may impact the residents, and we want to assure you that we

remain committed to transparent communication and fiscal responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this fee adjustment, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at 813-973-8368 or chaines@melrosemanagement. com.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to maintain and improve this wonderful community.

Best regards,

St. Patrick's Day

I’m still basking in the joy of our recent St. Patrick's Day pool party held on March 17th. What a spectacular event it was! The weather truly smiled upon us, blessing our gathering with perfect conditions for a day of outdoor jubilation. DJ Mike Sean spun tunes that had everyone dancing and tapping their feet, creating an atmosphere of pure celebration. However, the highlight of the day, without a doubt, was the exhilarating rubber duck race! Laughter echoed around the pool as

residents cheered on their chosen ducks, eagerly anticipating the outcome. It was heartwarming to witness the sense of community and camaraderie that filled the air. We've captured some fantastic moments from the event, and I encourage you all to check out the photos to relive the fun and memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this St. Patrick's Day celebration one to remember. Here's to many more joyful gatherings in the days ahead!

Pickleball Ribbon Cutting

We're thrilled to share the highlights from our memorable ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly minted pickleball courts, held on March 24th. The event was a success, with a heartwarming turnout that showcased the vibrant spirit of our community. Rich Craig, our esteemed Board President, shared a few words of encouragement, setting the tone for the day's festivities. The ceremonial ribbon was cut by DawnMarie Rizzo and Annie Radomski, symbolizing the official

opening of our courts. Meanwhile, Dave Frierman generously imparted his wisdom, teaching eager attendees the fundamentals of pickleball. Excitement reached its peak as raffle prizes were distributed, ranging from complimentary pickleball classes to exquisite wine generously donated by Dick Friedrich. It was a joy to witness both young and old alike immersing themselves in the game, fostering bonds and enjoyment across generations. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us, contributing to the success of this landmark occasion. The addition of pickleball to Grand Hampton is truly a testament to our community's dynamism and collective spirit.

Keep Our Community Clean: A Call to Action for Leaf and Pollen Cleanup

As the seasons change and nature transitions, it's essential for us to come together as a community to ensure our neighborhood remains clean and inviting for all. With the arrival of spring, we're greeted not only by blooming flowers and warmer weather but also by an abundance of leaves and pollen.

It's important to remind everyone that maintaining the cleanliness of our streets and sidewalks is a collective responsibility. As such, we kindly ask all residents to take the initiative to clear leaves and pollen from their properties, as well as the adjacent sidewalk and street areas.

Here are a few reasons why this action is crucial for the well-being of our community:

Enhancing Aesthetics: By keeping our streets and sidewalks free of leaves and pollen, we contribute to the overall beauty of our neighborhood. A clean environment

fosters a sense of pride among residents and creates a positive impression for visitors.

Preventing Drainage Issues: Leaves and pollen that accumulate on the streets can easily find their way into storm drains. When these drains become clogged, it can lead to flooding and water backup during heavy rains. By removing leaves promptly, we help prevent potential drainage problems and protect our infrastructure.

Ensuring Safety: Wet leaves and pollen can create slippery surfaces, posing a hazard to pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers alike. By promptly clearing these areas, we reduce the risk of slips and falls, making our neighborhood safer for everyone, especially during inclement weather.

To facilitate this cleanup effort, we encourage residents to follow these simple

guidelines:

Regular Maintenance: Make it a habit to sweep or rake leaves and pollen from your property and the adjoining sidewalk and street areas regularly, especially during peak shedding seasons.

Dispose Responsibly: Bag leaves and pollen for proper disposal according to local waste management guidelines. Avoid sweeping debris into storm drains or leaving them piled on the roadside.

As we embrace the spirit of spring and the renewal it brings, let's also reaffirm our commitment to maintaining a clean and vibrant neighborhood for all to enjoy. Thank you for your cooperation and dedication to keeping our community beautiful and safe.
