There are many ways and techniques to get started. Let me show you what works best for me when it comes to planning and creating client programs. With each new client I hire, I take the following steps:

1. Intake form. Feed Form Initially, after the client has signed up, I ask them to fill out a detailed intake form in which I ask about their objectives, current fitness level, fitness experience with specific equipment, nutritional habits, sleep habits, current or previous training plan, And so on. To get a better idea of how I can help this client.

2. 30-minute call. The 30-minute phone call is to go to the intake form, ask me any questions about the intake form, and go to the objectives and how we will set up the first phase of their training program.
