Human Centric Campus Design (High Rise Residence)

The idea was to create a high rise residence community for high income group.

to respond to the growing requirement to articulate each occupant’s individuality this design embraces 46545sqm of land distinguished by spacious residential properties and exquisitely landscaped earth, providing all kinds of amenities required and also interactive spaces making it a social interactive community.

The idea was to create a space interlinked with nature. The form evolves from a simple cube having various substractions. Large curtai walls and windows allow natural light and ventilation into the space. Landscape and interiors connecting the exteriors improves the visual interaction with nature
