Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley is located approximately 190 kilometres or a three-hour drive from Sydney in the World Heritage-listed Greater Blue Mountains region. Guests can arrive to the resort in One&Only style via a private chauffeur car service or an unforgettable aerial journey via helicopter over Sydney, with stunning vistas of the breathtaking canyons of the Greater Blue Mountains.

TRANSFERS BY CAR

Evoke and Unity Executive Services both offer private transfers with flexible Sydney CBD or airport meeting points and departure times, enjoy your journey to the resort in your preferred vehicle.

Evoke Via Katoomba (Direct to Resort) Head towards the mountains and enjoy a quick stop at Hydro Majestic Pavilion Cafe with views over the Megalong Valley.

The journey will then continue through the quaint township of Lithgow before entering Wolgan Valley.

Via Katoomba (Scenic Tour to Resort) A relaxed transfer with a leisurely stop in the historic township of Katoomba. Enjoy a leisurely self-guided walk to the view the Three Sisters and experience the Jamison Valley. Take an excursion on the panoramic scenic railway at Scenic World (tickets additional). Transfer option includes two-hour stop.

Unity Executive Services Via Bells Line of Road (Direct to Resort) Depart Sydney and connect with the picturesque Bells Line of Road to the northwest of Sydney. Travel through the mountains and pass quaint villages, apple orchards, as well as the townships of Bell and Lithgow, before entering Wolgan Valley.

Via Katoomba (Scenic Stop to Resort) This sightseeing journey begins as you head towards the mountains. Travelling to the township of Katoomba, stop at Cafe 88 to view the famous Three Sisters rock formation. Continue through the quaint townships of Mt Victoria and Lithgow before entering Wolgan Valley. Transfer option includes 45-minute stop.

Rates listed apply for pickups within a 30km radius of the Sydney CBD. Transfers via Katoomba include a 45-minute stop at Scenic World Blue Mountains (tickets additional).

Wait time that exceeds the complimentary stop or wait period provided within each transfer option will be charged to guests at a rate of $44 per 15 minutes for Range Rover Sport, $60.50 per extra 15 minutes for Range Rover Vogue, Mercedes Viano and $77 per extra 15 minutes for Mercedes Sprinter.

Luggage trailers are available at additional charge of $50. Trailers cannot be attached to Range Rover Sport or Vogue.

Range Rover Vogue has an additional 26cm leg room and 15cm headroom, in comparison to the Range Rover Sport.

Rates listed are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. All NSW public holidays will incur a 50% surcharge, Christmas Day will incur 100% surcharge and after-hours (12.00am - 5.00am inclusive) will incur a 20% surcharge.

Child restraints are available for an additional $20 per capsule, seat or booster seat with Unity Executive Services and $15 per vehicle with Evoke. Capsule (baby up to 6 months), seat (7 months to 3 years) and booster seat (4 to 8 years).

Cancellation fee of 50% apply for transfers cancelled within 24-48 hours and cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours, no show fee of 100% applies.

Maximum waiting time at pick up location: 30 minutes at Sydney Domestic Airport, 60 minutes at Sydney International Airport, 15 minutes from any Sydney CBD location or Sydney HeliTours and 30 minutes from Wolgan Valley.

Please note, fees will still apply if transfer is abandoned.

TRANSFERS BY HELICOPTER

Sydney HeliTours is the exclusive helicopter transfer provider for Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley. Sydney HeliTours operates on a shared and private charter basis departing from Sydney HeliTour’s own facilities located near Sydney Airport.

Flight time to the resort is approximately 45 minutes each way and you can enjoy stunning views of Sydney Harbour and surrounds prior to heading out to the Blue Mountains. Sydney HeliTours is located at 472 Ross Smith Avenue, approximately 10 minutes travel time from International and Domestic Airports and 20-30 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Transfer rates, exclude any additional costs guests might incur when travelling to Sydney HeliTours.

The type of helicopter used for shared flights is at the discretion of Sydney HeliTours and will only be confirmed with a minimum of two passengers.

Departure times are on request, shared flights are 10am/1pm from Sydney and 11am/2pm from Wolgan Valley.

Public holiday surcharge of 100% applies on Christmas Day (shared flight not available).

The maximum individual seat weight limit is 135 kilograms for Robinson R66. The Eurocopter EC130 & EC135 do not have individual seat limit restrictions. All body and luggage weights must be supplied prior to confirmation.

For shared flights a maximum weight allowable per couple is 210 kilograms, including luggage.

Total payload is passenger and baggage weights combined.

Maximum luggage dimensions: 68cm x 48cm x 30cm for Robinson R66 and Eurocopter EC130. 60cm x 48cm x 30cm for Eurocopter EC135.

Parking and storage of excess luggage is available at Sydney Helitours on a complimentary basis as required.

All flights are conducted subject to weather and air traffic control. In the event of inclement weather, alternative ground transport will be organised by Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley Reservations and a full refund will be issued.

Infants who have not yet reached their third birthday must be carried in the arms of an adult whilst flying (available on private flights only). Children 3 to 13 years (inclusive), require their own seat.

Helicopters will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time for late guests to arrive and will depart after this time, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation fees of up to 100% may apply for transfers cancelled within 48 hours and for passengers who elect not to travel due to weather when a flight is still operational.

Civil Aviation Safety Authority regulations are strictly adhered to and will not be compromised.

Prices available on application for group bookings of 13 or more. Additional charges may apply if more than one helicopter of the same type (as listed above) are required to depart within two hours of a flight time.
