Fundraising: The intern will design, develop and implement strategies for collection of funds. Strategies should include the definition of needs, the objectives of the fund and organizational analysis of the capability of the organization and what is offered to potential donors .The trainee will also report on the planning , studying aspects of context , the monitoring and evaluation of the donation process and apply transparency at all times.

The intern will participate in problems resolution: planning and organizing projects. Finally the intern will be working in areas of institutional intervention.

Institutional Direction: To make field visits to gather information from the area and make a diagnostic of the productive unit and understand its reality. Previously of the first visit, the trainee Should study the type of productive unit and make a questionary to ask at the place. The intern will have to Formulate and develop social projects with a focus on international cooperation. Their job is involved to cooperating sources (financial foundations) for supporting the Implementation of projects. They must elaborate every Friday the report required by the project manager.
