Study Pan for Master Studies Academic Background: Since I started school, I have always achieved good results and been an outstanding student due to my hard work and talent. Consequently, after I graduated high school, I got a scholarship to continue my bachelor's degree at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, which is a wellknown university in Cambodia. During my foundation year, I committed all my effort to studying to be able to be selected into my favorite major in the department of architectural engineering. All hard work paid off; I am currently a fifth-year student of architectural engineering and an upcoming graduate in a few following months. Besides studying, I also experienced an internship on my vacation; in the third year, I interned as a design architect in EXS & Renovation and Design, and in the fourth year, I interned as a site architect in Atelier Dessin-Architecture & Bamboo. My passion for studying does not end yet; throughout my bachelor's degree, I have found my interest in urban planning, so I are following my plan to step on the next level to get a scholarship for a master’s degree abroad.

Personality: To be honest, I am a conscientious person who is always striving for my expected result, so I have sturdy responsibility and offer all of my effort when it comes to doing anything. However, I am mentioned as reliable among people who have connected with me, and I am also a great support and never let anyone down during hard times. Besides that, I take truth and respect seriously; I am joyous with people around me, yet I limit and am careful not to do anything inappropriate. The most favorite thing that I obsess over is exploring something new in the outside world to improve knowledge, especially living conditions of people in different places that are beneficial in upgrading people's living conditions.

Reasons to study in Russia: Russia, I strongly believe that everyone exactly knows one of the most famous countries in the world that is best known in high technology, quality, rich culture, education, and many more things that influence people from all around the world. Since I was a minor, I have heard a lot about the powerful and the great things of Russia that really impressed me, and I deeply admire and keep it in my mind of dreaming to go to study in such a successful development country. It is the best choice of all; Russia has a higher education system that can help me to be a professional in my major for a great career perspective. Moreover, Russia is a safe and international country with good living conditions and also a beautiful culture that people peacefully enjoy experiencing diverse Russian life. According to all these reasons, I proudly declare that Russia is the best country to pursue my master’s degree.

Study plan in Russia: I am interested in securing a seat for a master's in urban planning in Russia in the field of urban design, housing and community development, smart cities and technology in urban planning, and

historic preservation and cultural heritage planning. During my bachelor's degree, I studied urban planning for two semesters, and my project is about community upgrading and slum upgrading.

For community upgrading, I specifically planned a community to improve social living conditions with consideration about public space, social requirements, and refreshing the environment, and for slum upgrading, I focused on improving living conditions in urban poverty and dealing with affordable housing, social equity, and the environment. Moreover, I also did a project related to preserving historical buildings, for which I had to do a site survey to find a historical building to preserve or renovate. These caught my attention to study more in the field of Urban Planning. With fundamental knowledge of urban planning, I expect I will be able to gain more experiences during the research in the master’s program.
