The Concept My teamates and I decided to choose a simple concept based on vertical and horizontal line mix with curve.

Masterplan The Purpose Professor Thai Srun provide us a topic to design Modern Villa in a land size 45 meters by 55 meters. My teamates and I decided to design a Modern Villa in Phnom Penh for a ​ bussiness family with four members.There are husband ; wife with a son is aa bachelor student and a daughter is a primary student.

Proposal 8.2 Propose Market As we see that the market in Chrang Chamreh pir is mostly a lot of street vendors that cause traffic congestion, so we propose the idea to move vendors in to their house. Then we provide pedestrain for buyers and parking in front of their house. Moreover, we also provide some trees near the parking. After the propose worked, there is no more traffic congestion and also easy to trader.

By the problem we already analysis. About building around Chrang Chamreh pir market there are 3 types of building.

There are 2 storey, 3 storey and 4 storey where we devide a commercial space on the ground floor and other floor show by graphic.

9. Conclusion In conclusion, after conducting the study research on urban planning in Chrang Chamreh pir has given us a better understanding of urban planning, such as infrastructure, telecommunications and communication networks, green networks, and drainage networks and the living conditions of the people in this neighborhood as well. And we also propose some ideas to improve this area, this area will be better and there will be no shortage, so it will be easier for people to live, which is the purpose of this urbanization.

Finally, as students of the Department of Architectural Talent, 4th year, 13th generation, we would like to thank our lecture Mr. THAI Srun and Mr. VENH Lay Ou for providing us with a lot of planning knowledge and guide us regularly, whether it is during school hours or free time.
