Sojourn was founded to bring the joy and quality of Portuguese ceramics to every table. Our first glaze collection launched in Spring of 2023, and has continued to grow since. Each quarter, our team launches new shapes and glazes and works with a community partner to impact change.
Female Founded & Led
Our team continues to be female led and impact driven. We seek to elevate women and non-binary entrepreneurs through guided resources and donations to community partners.
Mix & Match
All of our glazes are designed to compliment each other and be mixed and matched over time, resulting in a truly personalized and individual collection.
Simply Unique
Our ceramics are hand finished with reactive glazes, meaning no two pieces are identical. Variations in glaze result from the firing process and are celebrated.
Our brand is centerd on women and bringing joy to the everyday. Although early in our launch, we’re excited to work with so many vibrant brands and supporters across popups, custom collections, activation events, and charitable opportunities. OUR PRODUCT
Our ceramics are at the heart of everything we do, and we take immense pride and responsibility in the quality of craftsmanship that goes into each piece. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all of our products are sustainably and ethically produced in factories that are routinely audited.
All of our ceramics are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450 degrees.
• Waste free: All of the water, heat emitted from kilns, and clay scraps or broken items are reintriduced and reused in the production process, or recycled through third-parties to reduce waste
• Sustainably Minded: Our production partners rely on over 1,107 solar panels to provide energy independence from natural gas. Additionally, all kilns used in the production process use state of the art efficiency models to reduce gas consumptions and emissions
• Lead Free: All glazes are food safe and free of hazardous chemicals and/or polymers
• Ethically Produced: Production facilities are certified by SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) to ensure fair wages and EU labor standards

A pale robin’s egg blue, Cay is a beautiful edition to any pottery set. One of our currently unrealsed glazes, Cay wonderfully mixes with our core glazes to create a unique and truly eye catching collection.
Though it may appear close in color to our Opal glaze, look again! Between the matching exterior and speckled interior, Cay is a standout!

The executive chef and partner of Bottino, located in New York City, reached out looking for iconic serveware to plate their seasonal contorni and desserts on.
Our team was able to match them with Costa, a gorgeous compliment to their already white tabletop collection, to introduce contrast and highlight their seasonal dishes.

Tacos contacted Sojourn to curate a collection for the upcoming open of La Bamba Room, an elevated concept featuring their famous menu staples and live music.
After falling in love with Cielo, their team opted to transition all of their dinner service to Cielo.
Rosie’s
A summer staple in the Hamptons, Rosie’s Amagansett was undergoing a brand revamp and worked with the Sojourn team to completely transition out their traditional table service to a vibrant and mix matched collection.
We had the pleasure of working with Brand Director Stephen White and are so in love with the bright eye-catching results!
